The International Student Center provides both administrative and practical living support for all international students at the University.  This includes visa application support, the provision of scholarship information, the tutor support system, counselling services, as well as providing Japanese language and cultural training.  ISC administers all short term exchange programs such as the JTP program which allows students registered at other universities to study in Tsukuba for a year, and also provides support for outgoing Japanese exchange students.
