Tsukuba Safety Reporting System

How to report your safety through the University of Tsukuba Safety Reporting WEB System.

The University of Tsukuba operates an online safety reporting system to be able to promptly confirm the safety of students and staff in the case of an emergency.

In case of emergency, we kindly ask all those concerned to report their safety with the Safety Reporting WEB System.

Please be aware that the University of Tsukuba posts related information on the following webpages, so please be sure to check them in times of emergency.

How to Use the Safety Reporting WEB System

1. Enter the below URL into your browser to access the Safety Reporting WEB Page:

https://anpi.tsukuba.ac.jp/e-index.php
There is an option for reporting in Japanese as well in this system, please follow the link above and click on the "Japanese Page" button

2. If you have the “University of Tsukuba Unified Authentication Account”

(ID of 13 digits number with password), please click the “Confirm with login” button.


If you do not have the account, please click the “Confirm without login” button.

3. After you have clicked “Confirm with login”:

Please enter your Unified Authentication ID and Password and then click the “Login” button.
* CAUTION : If you do not enable cookies in your web browser, you may not be able to login.

Please confirm your information in the upper-right corner.
Please select / enter your condition for each field below.

  • Health condition [Required]
  • Location / Place of refuge [Required]
  • Telephone number
  • Mail address
  • Homeroom teacher / Academic advisor
  • International student classification
  • Message (to the University)

If you click the “Next” button on the bottom of the page, you will be able to verify the information you have entered. (The information has not been transmitted yet.)

If you click the “Submit” button on the bottom of the page, the information will be transmitted and you will have finished confirming your safety.

If you have mistakenly submitted wrong information or your condition has changed, please update your status.

4. After you have clicked “Confirm without login”:

Please select / enter your status / condition for each field below.

  • Name [Required]
  • Student No. / Staff No.
  • Status [Required]
  • Health condition [Required]
  • Location / Place of refuge [Required]
  • Telephone number
  • Mail address
  • Homeroom teacher / Academic advisor
  • Student classification
  • International student classification
  • Message (to the University)

If you click the “Next” button on the bottom of the page, a list of colleges and other organizations will appear.

Please select the college / organization you belong to and then click the “Next” button on the bottom of the page.
For graduate students, please select your respective graduate school and program.

If you click the “Next” button on the bottom of the page, you will be able to verify the information you have entered. (The information has not been transmitted yet.)

If you click the “Submit” button on the bottom of the page, the information will be transmitted and you will have finished confirming your safety.
