In addition, Prof. Osamu Ohneda (University of Tsukuba, Office of Global Initiatives Director/Head of the Sao Paulo Office) introduced student recruitment strategies, including past activities and future plans. Mr. Leandro Diaz Napolitano (Head of the Education Sector, excellent Brazilian Embassy in Japan) commended the project for aiming to increase the number of Brazilian exchange students with excellence and stated intentions for further collaboration with the project.
The symposium was a great opportunity to share the activities of the Coordinator for Study in Japan Project (Brazil) with other Japanese universities. Our activities are expected to contribute to the increase in the number of Brazilian students in Japan.
