Student Commons

We have Student Commons as a place of exchange where Japanese students and international students can facilitate international exchange on a daily basis. There are many international exchange events and various overseas study support activities on a regular basis including orientations, personal interviews, etc. for students aiming at overseas study.

It is openly available for study sessions and meetings and chatting with friends as a community space at one’s lunch break and spare time.

Student staff with overseas study experience provide overseas study information of our university. We have student staff with various experiences including student staff who used the exchange study system and short-term programs of our university and student staff who traveled the world as backpackers so come to talk to them.

Writing Help Desk

"I want to enhance my English writing skills."

At the Writing Help Desk, graduate student advisers with overseas study experience provides support in the preparation of English documents and overseas study information. Please don’t hesitate to call on us. (Reservations get priority)

Lending Books


There is a good selection of teaching materials for TOEFL, TOEIC, business English, and English idioms that may be taken out on loan. The lending period is 2 weeks. You can borrow two books per time. It is possible to extend the period once (for an additional 2 weeks). *To request an extension, apply directly at the counter or at the following contact information.
